leadership
From selling printers at Staples to leading one of the most innovative MSPs in the region, Delcie’s path to Paragus started early. Born in California, raised in New England, and educated in business by some of the top executive programs in the country, Delcie has always believed that technology should make life easier. He’s obsessed with puzzles—literal and strategic—and thrives on helping businesses grow efficiently. When not running the show, he’s with his wife and three boys, hiking, trail riding, or knocking out home projects in rural New Hampshire. Bon-Bon chocolates are his snack of choice, and his favorite movie is a toss-up between The Italian Job and Mrs. Doubtfire.
Born in Colrain, Durand has always been captivated by how things work. He turned his childhood fascination with taking things apart into a career protecting digital infrastructure. With a B.S. in Applied Science in IT from Heald College and years of leadership experience, Durand now leads security and compliance at Paragus. He believes in keeping things simple, solving problems with clarity, and helping people feel more confident about technology. Outside of work, Durand is chasing adventure—skiing, camping, or exploring with his wife and kids. He’s a Cajun trail mix kind of guy, loves hard sci-fi, and supports the Hitchcock Center for the Environment.
Raised in Watertown, CT, Lisa was doing logic puzzles before she even knew what programming was. After earning her BSBA from Suffolk and MBA from Curry College, she spent years supporting Financial and HR applications for Cape Cod Healthcare. Now at Paragus, she’s the kind of leader who knows a little about a lot—and uses that knowledge to ask the right questions and support her team with smarts and heart. Outside the office, Lisa is a parent, driver, and life project manager. She loves camping with her family, exploring new places, and will never say no to nachos.
Hilary’s career started in hotel management, where juggling ten things at once wasn’t just encouraged—it was required. After roles at Sheraton and Hotel Northampton, she brought her hospitality instincts to Paragus, where customer experience is still at the heart of everything she does. Hilary’s ability to adapt, pivot, and lead with empathy makes her an unstoppable COO. When she’s not at work, she’s chasing around her three boys, cheering them on at baseball games, or squeezing in a quick workout (or gummy candy run—nerds clusters, anyone?).
From the Boston ‘burbs to UMass Amherst and beyond, Heather has managed finances for all kinds of companies and even ran her own business—when she wasn’t singing with a band for the fun of it.
