Dondre brings care and creativity and a people-first mindset to everything he does. He was drawn to Paragus for its warm, personal application process. Outside of work, he enjoys long walks, sipping smoothies, and continuing his self-taught art journey. He’s also proud to support Gardening the Community in Springfield, an organization focused on empowering local youth through food justice and urban agriculture.
