Ray has the rare gift of troubleshooting just about anything—technical issues, communication breakdowns, or even streaming recs. Born in Springfield, Ray studied everything from art and film to IT, with stints at STCC, UMass, the Museum of Fine Arts, and NYFA. After years in a small IT firm, he brought his passion for clarity and problem-solving to Paragus. Off the clock, Ray’s a home-lab tinkerer and gym-goer who’s just as comfortable watching Seven as Rashomon.
