Ed spent more than a decade in customer service before joining Paragus, including time at Apple. That experience taught him how to stay calm when problems arise and turn frustrating situations into positive ones. Outside of work, Ed takes care of his young son and dabbles in painting, photography, music, and tabletop gaming. He’s also a proud supporter of Mothers Arms Outreach Inc.
