Lindy brings 20 years of human resources experience to Paragus. A graduate of Western Michigan University, she holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in human resources and a minor in economics. Lindy is drawn to organizations that are building and growing, and she sees HR as an important part of helping both employees and businesses reach their potential. She believes in meeting people where they are and creating opportunities for people to grow. Outside of work, Lindy spends most of her time with her two young kids. She also enjoys live music, local festivals, and John Candy movies.
