Remote Help Desk Support (8X5) - Our help desk is available weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM to support your end users alongside your internal IT team. We handle troubleshooting, answer questions, and resolve issues efficiently. All support interactions are tracked and documented for full transparency.
Remote Help Desk Support (24X7) - We will provide around-the-clock remote help desk support to assist your end users whenever issues arise. Our team is available 24x7 to troubleshoot problems, answer questions, and ensure minimal disruption to productivity — no matter when support is needed.
Recurring Onsite Resource - Onsite visits are scheduled based on the frequency outlined in your co-managed IT agreement. A Paragus technician will arrive to complete a predefined list of tasks in coordination with your internal IT team. Each visit includes check-in, task completion, and documentation to ensure everything is addressed and recorded.

Workstation Procurement Services - Onsite Delivery and Setup - We will work with your internal IT team to source, order, and prepare workstations that meet your standards. Once ready, we’ll deliver and set up the devices onsite to ensure a smooth and efficient deployment.
Workstation Procurement Services - Depot or Drop Ship - We will coordinate with your internal IT team to configure and ship workstations directly to your location or designated users. Devices arrive ready to use, with setup instructions included, minimizing downtime and simplifying deployment.

Workstation Inventorying & Reporting - We will maintain an up-to-date inventory of your workstations, tracking key details like device type, user, warranty status, and software versions. Regular reports provide visibility into your hardware environment and support better planning and lifecycle management.
Management of Firmware Updates for Network Devices - We will manage and apply firmware updates to your network devices to ensure they remain secure, stable, and compatible. Updates are scheduled and tested to minimize disruption and maintain network reliability.
Server & Network Monitoring and Reporting 8X5 - We will monitor your servers and network devices during business hours (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday) to identify performance issues, outages, or security concerns. Regular reports provide insights into system health and help guide proactive maintenance.
Server & Network Monitoring and Reporting 8X5 + 24X7 for Critical Devices & Alerts - We will monitor your servers and network devices during business hours (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday), with 24x7 alerting in place for critical systems. This ensures key infrastructure is watched around the clock, and issues are identified and escalated promptly. Regular reports provide visibility into system performance and health.

Annual IT Health Check-Up and Strategic Recommendations - We will perform a comprehensive annual review of your IT environment in collaboration with your internal IT team. Together, we’ll assess security, continuity, compliance, performance, and automation. We’ll benchmark your current state against other organizations and industry best practices and offer strategic recommendations to support long-term planning and continuous improvement.

Microsoft 365 Backup Service - We will provide automated, cloud-to-cloud backup of your Microsoft 365 data — including Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams — using Datto SaaS Protection. EDR w/ 24X7 Monitoring - We will deploy and manage SentinelOne EDR across your endpoints to provide advanced threat detection, real-time response, and continuous protection. MDR/ITDR w/ 24X7 Monitoring - We will implement and manage MDR/ITDR to provide continuous monitoring, threat detection, and expert-led response across your 365 tenant. Each and every login to your 365 tenant will be scrutinized and scored to assess the risk level. With 24x7 coverage, our team investigates and responds to incidents in real time, helping to contain threats before they impact your business.
Privileged Access Management - We will deploy and manage an advanced PAM solution to securely grant users elevated privileges only when needed. This reduces security risks by minimizing local admin access while allowing approved tasks to be completed efficiently through real-time elevation and auditing.
Email Security - We will implement and manage our email security to protect your organization from phishing, malware, and other email-borne threats. This advanced filtering and threat detection platform helps safeguard user inboxes and ensures secure, compliant email communication.
Email Encryption - We will manage and provide robust secure email encryption. This ensures sensitive information is protected in transit and that your organization stays compliant with security and privacy requirements.
Email Archiving (Proofpoint Professional) - We will provide long-term message archiving. This ensures sensitive data is protected, communications remain compliant, and historical emails are preserved and easily retrievable.
Microsoft Teams Voice - We will manage the deployment and administration of Microsoft Teams Voice, including licensing and ongoing support. This enables seamless calling capabilities within Teams, giving your users a fully integrated phone system with centralized management.
Monthly Cyber Testing and Training - We will deliver monthly phishing simulations and cybersecurity training to help educate your users and reduce risk. Training content is tailored to evolving threats, and reports provide insight into user progress and organizational readiness.
Dark Web Monitoring - We will continuously monitor the dark web for compromised credentials and other exposed company data. If a threat is detected, we’ll alert you immediately so action can be taken before it impacts your organization.

Professional IT Documentation System - We will maintain a centralized and secure IT documentation system to store and share critical documentation about your environment. This includes network details, credentials, configurations, and key processes — all organized for quick access by your entire IT team for improved collaboration and long-term continuity.
Professional Ticket Tracking and Management System - We will provide your team a professional ticketing system, giving your team a centralized platform to submit, track, and manage support requests. This ensures clear communication, faster resolution times, and full visibility into IT activity.
Access to Paragus RMM Solution - We will provide access to Paragus’ RMM tools to enable remote monitoring, management, and support of your endpoints. This allows for proactive maintenance, faster issue resolution, and greater visibility into your IT environment.
Outside of that, the only other charges our clients ever have to worry about receiving from us are Projects that are quoted out separately on a case-by-case basis, and hardware and software purchases.
Our co-managed IT package also includes additional services at no additional charge such as access to our Way Finder portal, monthly checkins and a dedicated account representative (ARM). We also cover some common projects that we quote out on an as needed basis such as hardware installation, incident response/remediation, automation & AI, Mircosoft Licensing & Management just to name a few.
