Off the clock, Ray’s a home-lab tinkerer and gym-goer who’s just as comfortable watching Seven as Rashomon.

Born in Guyana and raised in Springfield, Roger brings a unique mix of global perspective, technical chops, and customer empathy to Paragus. With certifications across the IT spectrum and a background that includes behavioral work and self-employment, Roger knows how to listen, solve, and connect. He’s driven by the love of helping people untangle problems—tech or otherwise. When he's not managing support, he’s teaching his kids the ropes of entrepreneurship or championing the Community Foundation of Western Mass.

Chicopee’s own Vinny Ferraro started out as a banker, but his true calling was always lurking behind the scenes—fixing systems, programming VCRs, and helping others navigate the tech world. After jumping into in-house IT at Westfield Bank, he eventually landed at Paragus, where his rare combo of technical chops and people skills made him a perfect fit for leading the Client Support team. When he’s not crushing it at work, Vinny’s happiest being a dad—preferably by a campfire, surrounded by yard games and maybe a rollercoaster or two.

With over 20 years of IT experience under his belt, Jason Lagana knows his way around a network—and probably a few good cat memes, too. Before joining Paragus, Jason worked in both municipal and corporate IT, helping people stay connected and sane. At Paragus, he brings not just tech expertise, but a true passion for helping others (especially if they’re covered in fur—he and his family have six cats). When he’s off the clock, Jason’s world revolves around his wife, kids, and his commitment to feline rescue causes like the Westfield Homeless Cat Shelter.

A Western Mass native, Jesse followed his curiosity straight into IT and cybersecurity, earning degrees from STCC before joining Paragus. A self-proclaimed explorer, Jesse has a passion for pushing limits—whether in 3D printing, fashion design, or tech. He’s a big believer that nothing is truly impossible—it’s just a matter of effort and time. When not solving problems, he’s enjoying live music, crafting custom clothing, or hiking somewhere off-grid. His favorite movie? The Iron Giant. Favorite snack? Wild Maine blueberries.

Trent was born and raised in Western Mass, with a lifelong love of tech that started with Sonic the Hedgehog on a Sega Nomad. With a degree in IT from Western New England University and six years of field experience, Trent’s adaptability and passion for technology make him a key player at Paragus. He’s a proud cat dad to Luna (who has thumbs, by the way), and supports Craig’s Doors in their mission to help those without homes. Goldfish crackers fuel his after-hours creativity.

With degrees from STCC and Elms College in Computer Systems Engineering and Computer Science, he thrives in Azure environments and system admin work. But he’s not just a one-track mind—he’s a woodturner, airbrush artist, motorcyclist, and hiker who brings creativity to every challenge. He’s a loyal supporter of the Dakin Humane Society, a Secret Life of Walter Mitty superfan, and swears by buttered toast with jam as the ultimate late-night snack.

Jarrod is known for being a helpful explainer of all things tech and a patient guide for clients in need. Lyric’s hands might be on a keyboard by day, but off the clock they’re usually covered in motor oil. A car enthusiast and engine rebuilder with a knack for precision, Lyric brings that same mechanical mindset to managing client support. He’s passionate about solving complex issues and making broken things work again—whether they’re in a server room or a garage. Outside of Paragus, you’ll find him under the hood, around a tabletop game, or dreaming about future koi ponds. Favorite movie? John Wick.

Tom grew up in Belchertown and stayed close to his roots, first working in IT, then trying his hand at land surveying before ultimately boomeranging back to the tech world with Paragus. With hands-on experience across multiple sectors, Tom brings a wide-ranging IT knowledge base—and a passion for solving complex networking puzzles. Outside of work, he’s a proud dad of three who loves running, hiking, hunting, and playing music. His movie pick? The entire Lord of the Rings trilogy.

He’s got a couple of dogs, a soft spot for turtles, and a love of all things Scott Pilgrim.

Michael took a winding road to tech, starting with a BFA in Film and Video from Columbia College Chicago, detouring through yoga instruction and video editing, and eventually landing at Apple, where he sharpened his data and leadership chops. When he's not managing service pods, he’s riding bikes, foraging for mushrooms, or running wildly creative tabletop RPGs.

With a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology from NYIT, Steven has built a career on helping people, solving problems, and building relationships—with clients and coworkers alike. A firm believer in a “Consider it Done” mindset, Steven brings dignity, respect, and rock-solid follow-through to every ticket. When he’s not coordinating cases, he’s likely reenacting history, hiking, hitting the beach, or rolling dice in a tabletop RPG.

After studying Computer Science at Wheaton College and working with Geek Squad, he joined Paragus to keep the tech magic alive.
