Michael took a winding road to tech, starting with a BFA in Film and Video from Columbia College Chicago, detouring through yoga instruction and video editing, and eventually landing at Apple, where he sharpened his data and leadership chops. At Paragus, he blends analytics with a people-first mindset, believing that the best teams grow together. When he's not managing service pods, he’s riding bikes, foraging for mushrooms, or running wildly creative tabletop RPGs.
