Delcie David Bean IVChief Executive Officer Delcie was born in Ojai, California but grew up in Jaffrey, New Hampshire. He recently returned to New Hampshire, where he lives with his wife, two dogs and cat. In his time away from Paragus, Delcie enjoys taking his dogs on hikes in the woods, reading, traveling and fishing. When he can get away from the office his favorite place to go is Jamaica. He likes to grab a bite to eat at the Tap Room in Brattleboro, Vermont. His favorite microbrew is Stone Mill Pale Ale. |
Tyler LucasDirector of Operations Tyler was born in Hagerstown, Maryland but has lived in Western Massachusetts since he was 5. He has an associate’s degree in computer information systems and has A+ and Network+ certifications. Tyler’s I.T. specialties include server operating systems including server standard and small business server, as well as exchange server and backup software implementation. He is an avid sports fan and follows all Boston teams. He enjoyed his recent trip to Costa Rica very much. Tyler enjoys a variety of beers, but his favorite microbrew is Flying Dog Brewery. |
Alyssa HoxieDirector of Human Resources Alyssa is from Cape Cod, specifically Sandwich, Massachusetts. She now lives in Holyoke with her adorable cat, Dusty. She recently graduated from Western New England College with a degree in finance and management. As the bookkeeper at Paragus, Alyssa specializes in various programs used in the day-to-day operations including QuickBooks. On her own time, she enjoys traveling (her most recent trip was to Italy), cooking, and cheering for the Celtics. Her favorite place to get lunch is at the Toasted Owl in Northampton, and her preferred microbrew is Cape Cod Red. |
Jon ParentMaster Account Rep Jon was born and raised in Massachusetts. He currently resides in a self-designed, passive solar home on a horse farm in North Brookfield with his wife, Emilie, and daughter, Abby, along with several cats, chickens, and horses. Surrounded by computers since the age of 5 and landing his first tech support job at 14, Jon is no stranger to technology. He has a degree in economics from UMass, Amherst. Jon loves the Valley’s brew pubs for a quick lunch. His beers of choice are Heineken and Newcastle. |
Shawn FranklinPrimary Account Rep Shawn was born in Lake Arrowhead, California. He currently resides in Northampton, Massachusetts with his wife, Lyudmila, and two children, Daniel and Julia. He joined the U.S. Coast Guard in 2003 and served as an I.T. Petty Officer for six years. Shawn enjoys spending time with family and studying foreign languages (he is semi-fluent in Russian and Ukrainian). He also enjoys outdoor sports. Something that no one knows about Shawn is that he studied at the Kodokan in Japan and holds a 2nd degree brown belt in Judo. Shawn’s favorite place to get away is the ocean. His favorite local place to grab lunch is Cooper’s Corner in Florence and a close second is Antonio’s Pizza in Amherst. Shawn’s favorite microbrew is Sierra Nevada’s Pale Ale. |
Scott FontainePrimary Account Rep Scott grew up in Chicopee, Massachusetts but now resides in West Springfield. At Paragus he specializes in Adobe products such as Photoshop and After Effects. His hobbies include photography, videography, and digital graphics. Scott’s favorite place to eat is Johnny’s in the South Hadley Village Commons. Though not much of a beer drinker, he’s always up for a scotch. |
Kim TalbotPrimary Account Rep Kim has lived in the Pioneer Valley her whole life. At Paragus she is a primary account rep and specializes in CMR-17 compliance review and WISP preparation. She spends her free time outdoors, mountain biking, hiking, and running. She also enjoys traveling to northern Vermont for mountain bike trips, and visiting family in Maine. Her favorite place to catch a bite to eat is Chipotle where she orders a barbacoa burrito. Her microbrew of choice Redhook Blonde. |
Brendan ReganPrimary Account Rep Brendan grew up in Madison, Connecticut. He currently resides in Springfield, Massachusetts with his partner, Shawn, and three cats. Brendan has more than 10 years experience providing I.T. support services to corporate clients. Brendan’s specialties include VMware vSphere, Windows 2008, and Linux. His hobbies include swimming, baking, and reading. Brendan’s favorite lunch spot is Local Burger in Northampton. He is a coffee and Red Bull kind of guy. |
Anthony SchiappaPrimary Account Rep Anthony, whose friends call him “Scrappy,” grew up in South Hadley and he still resides there today. He enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities, including rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, and motorcycle riding. Anthony owns an ’02 Honda CBR 600 sport bike. Anthony loves Pintu’s Indian Palace in West Springfield. While choosing a favorite microbrew was difficult, Anthony was able to narrow it down to anything from Peak Organic. |
Dennis SchillingPrimary Account Rep Dennis, who grew up in Berkshire County, currently lives in Cummington, Massachusetts during the week and Pittsfield on the weekends. When he’s not working, Dennis loves to sports shoot and practice martial arts. His favorite recreation activity is locksport, his pursuit of which led him to earn a professional locksmithing degree. Dennis’s favorite place for lunch is Sakura Buffet in Northampton. He does not have a favorite beer but does have a very large Scotch bar and also loves mead and sake. |
Luke TalbotSecondary Account Rep Luke was born and raised in the very small town of Somers, Connecticut and now lives just one town over in Enfield. Luke loves music, specifically music production. He has a small recording studio at home. His favorite lunch spot is Panera. Outside of Paragus’ after-work keg nights, he doesn’t drink much beer but does enjoy a good mixed drink now and then. |
Jonathan CampbellSecondary Account Rep Jonathan is from Chicopee, Massachusetts. Jon earned his associate’s degree in computer information systems from Holyoke Community College. During his time away from the office, Jonathan can be found outdoors, camping, going to the beach, off-roading, or playing softball on Sunday mornings. When he’s looking for something to eat, Jonathan’s favorite spot is Plan B Burger Bar. His preferred microbrew is Mayflower Porter. |
Sarah PowersExecutive Assistant Sarah is a Western Massachusetts native who recently returned to the Pioneer Valley after living in South Florida. She is a graduate of the Hallmark Institute of Photography and spent 12 years working as a photographer and another five as a photography studio manager. When she isn’t at Paragus, Sarah enjoys spending time with family, fishing, camping and live music. Her favorite local restaurant is Bella Notte in Bernardston. Her beer for choice is BBC Steel Rail. |
Scott WebsterAccess & SQL Database Engineer Scott Webster was born in California but moved to the East Coast when he was very young. He graduated from Berkley and then went on to Babson. He has worked for Paragus for five years, specializing in database engineering. In his free time, Scott enjoys playing video games and going to Fenway Park to watch the Red Sox. He has visited Jamaica numerous times with his family and has also been to Europe. His favorite place to grab a bite is the Amherst Brewing Company where he can’t resist the fried Oreo sundae. His favorite microbrew is Sam Adams Boston Lager. |
Laurie MolinaSales and Marketing Laurie grew up in New Hampshire and after attending RISD, returned there to live. She is currently working as a customer service advocate as well as playing a big role in the marketing department. In her free time Laurie runs a photography studio, LJ Exposures. She has taken many trips out to California, where much of her family lives, and also enjoys visiting New Orleans. Her favorite restaurant is Amherst Brewing Company where she loves to drink Sierra Nevada Pale Ale on tap. |
Tyler “TJ” Fraziertfrazier@paragusit.com TJ grew up in New Bedford, MA but now lives in Western MA with his partner Kaye. He competes in Mixed Martial Arts competitions specializing in Thai kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He also likes to work on cars, hiking, rock climbing, shooting pool, seeing live music, and playing video games. His favorite local places to go are Packards and the Tunnel Bar in Northampton and his favorite beer is either Dogfish 90 Minute or anything that Kaye brews. |
Ray Olsonrolson@paragusit.com Ray was born, raised, and still lives in Springfield with his girlfriend Natalie, their 3 cats, and a turtle. Ray went to school in Boston at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and then moved to Manhattan shortly after that and studied 3D animation at the New York Film Academy. When he is not at work, Ray likes to listen to music, play on his guitar and drums, sport shoot, and he is an avid film buff. Ray’s favorite place for dinner is Gohyang Korean Restaurant in Hadley and his favorite beer is SeaDog. |
Patrick BeanHead of Building Maintenance
Patrick Bean grew up in New Hampshire and is currently living in Hadley, Massachusetts. He works as the head of building maintenance at Paragus, taking care of all of our properties and serves on the Community Garden Committee. When he is not working, he likes playing baseball and traveling to Boston to watch the Red Sox. He has taken numerous rafting trips in the Colorado Rockies, but enjoys staying in the Hadley area and getting lunch at Fitzwilly’s. |
Gusamani Gustopher Jones
Gus grew up in Springfield but currently lives with his owner Delcie in New Hampshire. He graduated from Good Dog University in 2008 with honors. At Paragus he specializes in greeting customers, cleaning up dropped food and improving the morale of the employees. His favorite place to visit is the dog park in Northampton and he tries to grab lunch at the Esselon Cafe whenever possible. The only thing he enjoys more than bringing a smile to the faces of our customers is riding shotgun in a Paragus mini cooper with the windows down. |
